SM8404CSQ-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

The SM8404CSQ-VB is a bipolar N+P channel MOSFET in a DFN8 (3x3)-B package, designed for medium current and voltage control applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage is ±30V and has a low on-resistance (N-channel: 13mΩ @ VGS=10V, P-channel: 40mΩ @ VGS=10V), suitable for high-efficiency power management and switching applications. This MOSFET integrates N-channel and P-channel MOSFET structures, which can effectively control bidirectional current flow and provide efficient switching operation in a variety of power systems. Its threshold voltage is -1.6V for N-channel and -1.7V for P-channel, and the operating current is 8A (N-channel) and -6A (P-channel) respectively.
