SM8401CSQ-VB MOSFET Product Introduction
SM8401CSQ-VB is a bipolar N+P channel MOSFET in DFN8(3x3)-B package, designed for power management and power switching applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is ±30V, the maximum gate-source voltage (VGS) is ±20V, and the threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.6V (N channel) and -1.7V (P channel). Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 13mΩ/40mΩ @ VGS=10V (N/P channel) and 17mΩ/45mΩ @ VGS=4.5V, respectively, and the maximum drain current (ID) is 8A (N channel) and -6A (P channel).
This MOSFET adopts Trench technology, with low on-resistance, high efficiency and small size. It is widely used in bipolar power management and switching circuits, especially in power management, battery-powered systems and bipolar current control systems.
