SIHLZ34-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

SIHLZ34-VB is a high-performance unipolar N-type MOSFET in TO-220 package, designed for high-efficiency, low-power loss switching applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 60V, suitable for voltage systems of 60V and below. The MOSFET has a gate threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V and can operate stably at lower gate-source voltages. Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 28mΩ@VGS=4.5V and 24mΩ@VGS=10V, which significantly reduces power loss and improves overall system efficiency, especially for high-current applications.
