SH8M12-VB is a bipolar N+P channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management and power control applications. The maximum drain-source voltage (V_DS) of this MOSFET is ±30V, the maximum gate-source voltage (V_GS) is ±20V, and the threshold voltage (V_th) is 1.6V (N-channel) and -1.7V (P-channel). Its on-resistance (R_DS(ON)) is 18mΩ (N-Channel) and 40mΩ (P-Channel) at V_GS = 10V, and 24mΩ (N-Channel) and 50mΩ (P-Channel) at V_GS = 4.5V. The maximum drain current (I_D) is ±8A. Adopting Trench technology, it has lower conduction loss and higher switching speed, and is suitable for various high-efficiency power conversion, load switching and motor control fields.
