SFRU9220-VB MOSFET Product Introduction
SFRU9220-VB is a unipolar P-type MOSFET in a TO252 package with excellent electrical characteristics and reliability. It has a rated drain-source voltage (Vds) of -200V, suitable for high-voltage applications, especially in power management, switching power supplies and power conversion modules. This model can withstand a gate-source voltage (Vgs) of ±20V, and its threshold voltage (Vth) is -2.5V, ensuring that the device can be quickly enabled or disabled at the appropriate gate voltage.
This MOSFET uses innovative Trench technology to provide a lower on-resistance (Rds(on)), with an on-resistance of 1392mΩ at Vgs = 4.5V and an on-resistance of 1160mΩ at Vgs = 10V.
