SCH1417-TL-E-VB is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET in SC75-6 package with 30V drain-source voltage (VDS) and 3A maximum drain current (ID). The on-resistance of this MOSFET is 27mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 23mΩ at VGS=10V, providing low conduction loss and suitable for low-power and high-efficiency power management and load control applications. SCH1417-TL-E-VB adopts Trench technology, with good switching performance, low power loss and high thermal stability, suitable for portable devices, small power supplies and low current applications.
