QM6007D-VB Product Introduction
QM6007D-VB is a high-performance single P-type MOSFET in TO252 package, designed for various low-voltage, high-efficiency power management and switching applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of -60V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, suitable for demanding power supply designs. Its threshold voltage (Vth) is -1.7V, ensuring rapid turn-on at a lower gate voltage. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of the QM6007D-VB is 100mΩ at VGS of 4.5V, and drops to 90mΩ at VGS of 10V, showing excellent conductivity, reducing power consumption and improving system efficiency.
