QM6004P-VB is a high-efficiency single N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for applications requiring high current and medium voltage. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 60V, the maximum drain current can reach 50A, and it has extremely low on-resistance, making it excellent in power management, switching power supplies and motor control.
