PHC20512-VB is a high-efficiency dual N+P channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management and switching applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is ±30V, which is suitable for use in bidirectional power and load switching applications. The threshold voltage (Vth) of the device is 1.6V (N channel) and -1.7V (P channel), respectively, which can achieve high-efficiency switching under low voltage conditions. At VGS=4.5V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of the N channel is 24mΩ and that of the P channel is 50mΩ; at VGS=10V, the N channel is lower to 18mΩ and the P channel is 40mΩ, supporting a continuous leakage current (ID) of up to ±8A. Using Trench technology, this MOSFET performs well in high-frequency and high-efficiency applications.
