P130NH02L-VB Product Introduction

P130NH02L-VB is a high-efficiency N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for low voltage and high current applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is 30V, and the gate-source voltage (VGS) can withstand ±20V. It has extremely low on-resistance, RDS(ON) is 4mΩ when VGS is 4.5V, and is as low as 3mΩ at 10V, which enables it to exhibit excellent thermal management performance when handling currents up to 120A. The device uses Trench technology to ensure high switching efficiency and reliability, and is widely used in power management, drive and control systems.
