NTD2955E-VB is a high-efficiency P-channel MOSFET in TO252 package, designed for negative voltage applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is -60V, suitable for a variety of power management and switching applications. The threshold voltage (Vth) of this MOSFET is -1.7V, ensuring that it turns on quickly at a lower gate voltage and provides good switching performance. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 100mΩ at VGS of 4.5V and 90mΩ at VGS of 10V, and can support a maximum continuous drain current (ID) of -30A, suitable for high current loads. Using Trench technology, the device has superior thermal management and electrical performance.
