NDS8434A-VB is a high-efficiency **unipolar P-channel power MOSFET**, which adopts **SOP8 package** and is designed for low voltage and high current applications. The **maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of this MOSFET is -20V**, and it can withstand **up to -13A of drain current (ID)**. Its **turn-on threshold voltage (Vth) is -0.6V**, which is very suitable for low voltage drive applications.
