N3402-VB Product Introduction

N3402-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in DFN8 (3x3) package, designed for low voltage and high current applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 30V, which can work reliably in a variety of power management and switching circuits. The gate-source voltage (VGS) range of the device is ±20V, ensuring stability under different operating conditions.
