ME90P03-VB is a high-performance single P-channel MOSFET in TO252 package, designed for negative voltage applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is **-30V**, the gate-source voltage (VGS) can reach ±20V, and the turn-on voltage (Vth) is **-3V**. At gate voltages of **4.5V** and **10V**, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is **7mΩ** and **5mΩ** respectively, ensuring extremely low switching losses and high efficiency.
