The ME7386S-G-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5x6) package, designed for high current and medium voltage applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of **30V** and can withstand a gate-source voltage (VGS) of up to ±20V.
