LR8256-VB Product details
Product introduction:
LR8256-VB is a high-efficiency single N-channel power MOSFET in TO252 package, designed for low voltage and high current applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 20V, the gate-source voltage (VGS) range is ±20V, and the turn-on threshold voltage (Vth) is between 0.5V and 1.5V, which can conduct efficiently at a lower driving voltage. At VGS of 2.5V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of the device is 6mΩ, and at VGS of 4.5V, RDS(ON) drops to 4.5mΩ, supporting a maximum drain current (ID) of up to 100A. LR8256-VB uses advanced trench technology, which not only provides superior conduction performance, but also effectively reduces power consumption, making it suitable for a variety of power management and switching applications.
