K4073LS-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in TO220F package with excellent conductivity and low on-resistance, suitable for use in high-current and high-efficiency power management applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) can reach 60V, and the rated range of gate-source voltage (VGS) is ±20V, ensuring stability under a variety of operating conditions. The device has a threshold voltage (Vth) of 3V and can be enabled at a lower gate voltage, enhancing its adaptability in various applications. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of K4073LS-VB is only 2.6mΩ at VGS of 10V and 5mΩ at VGS of 4.5V, and the drain current (ID) can be as high as 210A, suitable for high-power applications.
