The K2825-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in a compact SC75-3 package designed for low-voltage applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±12V, and its threshold voltage (Vth) ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V. At a gate-source voltage of 2.5V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 390mΩ, and further reduces to 270mΩ at 4.5V, showing excellent low conduction loss characteristics. The maximum drain current (ID) is 0.85A. Based on advanced Trench technology, the K2825-VB is suitable for a variety of high-efficiency power management and switching applications, providing stable and reliable performance.
