K1590-VB Product Introduction
K1590-VB is a high-efficiency N-Channel MOSFET in SOT23-3 package, designed for low voltage and low power applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) can reach 60V and the maximum drain current (ID) is 0.3A, which is suitable for various portable electronic devices. The threshold voltage (Vth) of this MOSFET is 1.7V, with good switching characteristics, and can achieve efficient conduction at a lower driving voltage. The K1590-VB with Trench technology has an on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 3100mΩ at VGS of 4.5V, and it is reduced to 2800mΩ at VGS of 10V, which makes it perform well in a variety of power management and signal conditioning applications.
