K1306-VB is a high-efficiency single N-channel MOSFET in TO220F package with high drain-source voltage (VDS) of 100V and gate-source voltage (VGS) capability of ±20V. The device has an on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 86mΩ at a gate voltage of 10V and can support a maximum drain current (ID) of up to 18A.
