J377-Z-VB Product Introduction
J377-Z-VB is a high-performance unipolar P-type MOSFET in TO252 package, designed for high voltage and high current applications. The device can withstand drain-source voltage up to -60V and has excellent electrical characteristics. It is based on Trench technology and can provide excellent conductivity under high load conditions.
