IRL3803STRL-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in TO263 package, designed for low-voltage and high-current applications, suitable for various switching power supply and motor drive scenarios. This MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and a low turn-on threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V, which facilitates fast turn-on operation. At VGS = 4.5V, its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 2.7mΩ, and it is further reduced to 2.4mΩ at VGS = 10V, showing extremely low conduction losses.
