**IRL3402-VB** is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high current and low voltage applications. This MOSFET has a drain-source withstand voltage of 20V and can handle a drain current of up to 100A. IRL3402-VB uses advanced Trench technology to provide extremely low on-resistance, 4mΩ at VGS=4.5V. This gives the MOSFET excellent switching performance and power consumption control capabilities in high current applications.
