IRL3302STRL-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in a TO-263 package, designed for high current and high switching frequency applications. The turn-on threshold voltage (Vth) ranges from 0.5 to 1.5V, allowing it to be turned on at a lower gate voltage. IRL3302STRL-VB has an extremely low on-resistance (RDS(ON)), which is 9mΩ at VGS = 2.5V and 6mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, and a drain current (ID) of up to 85A.
