IRFS624-VB is a high voltage N-channel MOSFET in a TO220F package, designed for applications requiring high voltage and medium current. It can withstand drain-source voltage (VDS) up to 250V, suitable for use in high voltage environments. The operating range of the gate-source voltage (VGS) is ±20V, providing good voltage compatibility.
