IRFS3307-VB is a high-efficiency single N-channel power MOSFET that uses advanced Trench process technology and is packaged in TO263. It supports 80V drain-source voltage (VDS) and has a current carrying capacity of up to 230A. This device has an extremely low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 3.1mΩ at a VGS of 10V, making it suitable for high-current, high-efficiency applications. Its ±20V gate-source voltage (VGS) withstand voltage and 3V turn-on voltage (Vth) enable it to perform well in various power management applications.
