IRFR310T-VB is a high voltage N-channel MOSFET in TO252 package. This MOSFET can withstand drain-source voltage (VDS) up to 650V and has a gate-source voltage (VGS) range of ±30V. Its turn-on threshold voltage (Vth) is 3.5V, and its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 2750mΩ (@VGS=4.5V) and 2200mΩ (@VGS=10V), and it can handle a maximum drain current (ID) of 4A. IRFR310T-VB uses Plannar technology and is suitable for applications that require high voltage and stable performance.
