IRFR1404ZPBF-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in a TO220 package. It has high current handling capability and low on-resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring efficient switching. The MOSFET supports a drain-source voltage (VDS) of up to 40V and a drain current (ID) of up to 180A. IRFR1404ZPBF-VB uses Trench technology and has extremely low on-resistance. When VGS=10V, RDS(ON) is only 2mΩ, which makes it perform well in high-current applications with excellent current transfer efficiency and low power consumption. The turn-on voltage (Vth) is 3V, and it can be reliably turned on at moderate gate-source voltages.
