IPW60R280E6-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in a TO247 package, designed for high voltage and medium current applications. With a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 650V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±30V, the device is suitable for use in high-power power systems.
