IPB160N04S2-03-VB Product details
Product introduction:
IPB160N04S2-03-VB is a high-performance dual N-channel MOSFET in TO263-7L package, designed for high current and medium voltage applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 40V and its maximum on-current (ID) is 200A. The on-resistance of this MOSFET is 1mΩ at a gate drive voltage of 10V, and it has extremely low conduction losses. Using advanced trench technology, the device not only provides excellent switching performance, but also maintains high efficiency under high current conditions, making it very suitable for applications that require high current handling.
