HM9436-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

The HM9436-VB is a single P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in SOP8 package with low on-resistance and high switching speed. Its main features include -20V drain-source voltage (VDS), ±20V gate-source voltage (VGS), and extremely low gate threshold voltage (Vth) of -0.6V. With Trench technology, the device can achieve lower on-resistance at low gate drive voltage (2.5V and 4.5V), making it have excellent performance in low voltage applications. The device has a rated drain current (ID) of -13A, making it suitable for a variety of power management applications.
