HM4616A-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

**HM4616A-VB** is a dual-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, including an N-channel MOSFET and a P-channel MOSFET. Designed for high current and high-efficiency switching applications, this MOSFET is capable of handling a drain-source voltage (VDS) of ±30V, and is suitable for circuits requiring bidirectional switch control. The threshold voltage (Vth) of the N-channel MOSFET is 1.8V, while the threshold voltage of the P-channel MOSFET is -1.7V.
