HM4440-VB is a high-performance N-type MOSFET in SOP8 package. It is designed especially for high current and high efficiency power switch applications. The MOSFET can operate stably at higher voltages, with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 60V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V at most, providing a wide range of applications. The threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V, allowing it to be turned on at a lower gate voltage. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of HM4440-VB is 25mΩ when VGS is 10V and 35mΩ when VGS is 4.5V. This product uses Trench technology, has excellent switching performance and high efficiency, and is suitable for applications requiring high conduction efficiency and high current handling capabilities.
