HM3808-VB is a high-performance single-channel N-type MOSFET with a TO220 package type, designed for applications requiring high current and low on-resistance. This MOSFET provides a drain-source breakdown voltage (VDS) of 80V, suitable for medium and high voltage power control and switching applications. Its gate-source voltage range is ±20V, ensuring stable operation under a wide range of voltage conditions. The gate threshold voltage (Vth) is 3V, allowing it to be effectively turned on at a lower gate voltage. HM3808-VB has an on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 3.6mΩ at VGS of 4.5V, and further reduced to 3mΩ at VGS of 10V, significantly reducing conduction losses. Its maximum drain current (ID) is 195A, which is very suitable for high current applications.
