HM20N06-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package. This MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 60V and a gate voltage (VGS) of ±20V, which is very suitable for low-voltage and high-current applications. Its threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 24mΩ at VGS=10V, and 28mΩ at VGS=4.5V, and the maximum drain current (ID) can reach 50A. HM20N06-VB uses Trench technology, which significantly improves the switching speed and conduction performance of the MOSFET, and is suitable for application scenarios requiring high current and low on-resistance.
