FQP7P20-VB Product Introduction

FQP7P20-VB is a high-performance P-channel power MOSFET in a TO-220 package. This MOSFET can handle a drain-source breakdown voltage (VDS) of up to -200V and is designed for high-voltage P-channel applications. Its gate-source voltage (VGS) is ±20V and its turn-on voltage (Vth) is -3.5V, ensuring stable turn-on at lower gate-source voltages. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of the FQP7P20-VB is 500mΩ at a VGS of 10V and 648mΩ at a VGS of 4.5V, and the maximum drain current (ID) is -11A. This device uses Trench technology, has low on-resistance and excellent switching performance, and is suitable for high-voltage and high-current P-channel applications.
