FI520G-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

FI520G-VB is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET packaged in a TO220 housing. Using Trench technology, this MOSFET performs reliably in power switching applications. With a maximum drain-to-source voltage (VDS) of 100V and a gate-to-source voltage (VGS) tolerance of ±20V, it is suitable for a variety of high-power applications. The device has a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.8V, ensuring efficient switching performance.
