FDS8870-NL-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

FDS8870-NL-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for high-efficiency switching and power management applications. The MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) range of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (Vth) of 1.7V. Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 5mΩ at VGS of 4.5V, and drops to 4mΩ at VGS of 10V, showing excellent low on-resistance characteristics. The FDS8870-NL-VB is capable of supporting up to 18A of continuous drain current (ID) and uses Trench technology to achieve low power consumption, high switching efficiency and excellent performance. This MOSFET is ideal for a variety of applications in power management, motor drive and consumer electronics.
