FDP39N20-VB is a high-voltage N-type MOSFET in TO220 package, specially designed to handle high voltage and high current applications. This MOSFET can withstand drain-source voltage (VDS) up to 200V and gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and has a gate threshold voltage (Vth) of 3V. When VGS=10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 46mΩ, and the maximum drain current (ID) supported is 50A.
