FDMS5352-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

The FDMS5352-VB is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET in a DFN8 (5x6) package with excellent current carrying capability and low on-resistance. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 60V and a maximum continuous drain current (ID) of 80A. The threshold voltage of this MOSFET is 2.5V, and the on-resistance is 7mΩ at VGS = 4.5V and 6mΩ at VGS = 10V. FDMS5352-VB uses Trench technology, has excellent switching characteristics and high efficiency, and is suitable for a variety of high current and high frequency applications.
