F7459-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET packaged in SOP8. It uses Trench technology and has excellent switching performance and low on-resistance. The drain-source voltage (VDS) of this MOSFET is 20V and can operate stably at a continuous drain current (ID) of up to 15A. Its threshold voltage (Vth) ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, allowing it to switch effectively even at low gate-source voltages. The low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of the F7459-VB performs well at different gate-source voltages, which is 8mΩ at 2.5V and 6mΩ at 4.5V.
