**F7301-VB** is a high-performance bipolar N-channel MOSFET packaged in SOP8. This MOSFET is designed for low-voltage switching applications and has a drain-source voltage (VDS) tolerance of 20V. It supports gate-source voltages (VGS) up to ±12V and operates reliably in the threshold voltage (Vth) range of 0.5V to 1.5V. F7301-VB uses Trench technology and has extremely low on-resistance, 26mΩ@VGS=4.5V and 19mΩ@VGS=10V, and can withstand a maximum leakage current (ID) of 7.1A.
