F7107-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

The F7107-VB is a bipolar N+P channel MOSFET in a SOP8 package. Designed for high current applications handling positive and negative voltages, this MOSFET provides a drain-source voltage (VDS) of ±30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V.
