F632-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

F632-VB is a high voltage single N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, which is particularly suitable for high voltage and high current applications. This MOSFET supports a drain-source voltage (VDS) of up to 200V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, with a gate threshold voltage (Vth) of 3V. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of F632-VB is 270mΩ at VGS=10V and 310mΩ at VGS=4.5V, and can carry a maximum continuous drain current (ID) of 10A.
