F3007-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

F3007-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high current and high efficiency applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is 80V, suitable for medium and high voltage switching and regulation applications. The gate-source voltage (VGS) of this MOSFET is ±20V and the threshold voltage (Vth) is 3V, ensuring that it can be stably turned on at standard gate voltage.
