F1404-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

The F1404-VB is a high-performance unipolar N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package. It is designed for high current and medium voltage applications, capable of withstanding drain-source voltages (VDS) up to 40V, while having a gate-source voltage (VGS) handling capability of ±20V. The threshold voltage (Vth) of the F1404-VB is 3V, allowing it to operate stably at a relatively low gate voltage. This MOSFET uses Trench technology to provide extremely low on-resistance of 15mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 2mΩ at VGS=10V, making it suitable for high-efficiency switching applications. Its drain current (ID) is as high as 180A, making it suitable for applications requiring high current handling.
