**DMN4008LFG-VB** is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET in a compact DFN8 (3x3) package, ideal for space-constrained applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is 40V, and the gate-source voltage (VGS) is rated at ±20V, with excellent on-resistance (RDS(ON)) performance of 6mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, dropping to 4.5mΩ at VGS = 10V. This MOSFET uses Trench technology to support up to 40A of continuous drain current, providing low loss and high efficiency, making it ideal for high-density power management applications.
