The CSD17306Q5A-VB is a single N-channel power MOSFET designed for low voltage, high current applications in DFN8 (5x6) package. It has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, suitable for a variety of high-efficiency power management and switching circuits.
