CPH6312-VB Product details
Product introduction:
CPH6312-VB is a high-performance single P-channel MOSFET in SOT23-6 package. With a drain-source voltage (VDS) of -30V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, this MOSFET is suitable for negative voltage drive applications. Its gate threshold voltage (Vth) is -1.7V, which enables effective switching at lower gate drive voltages. The low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 54mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 49mΩ at VGS=10V, ensuring low power consumption and high efficiency in high current transmission. The maximum drain current (ID) is -4.8A, and advanced trench technology is used to improve switching performance and current handling capabilities. CPH6312-VB is widely used in power management, load switching and protection circuits in various small electronic devices.
