CPH3403-VB is a single N-channel power MOSFET in SC70-3 package. This MOSFET is designed for low-voltage applications and has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V and a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±12V. Its threshold voltage (Vth) ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, and the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) has different values at different gate-source voltages: 48mΩ at VGS=2.5V, 40mΩ at VGS=4.5V, 36mΩ at VGS=10V, and the maximum drain current (ID) is 4A.
